Touching breasts is an art form all by itself. They require a gentle touch, and there is a sequence I have found that consistently arouses my partners. Begin with the flat of your hand, just the way you would if you were rubbing her side or legs. Brush across her breast, but don't touch the nipple. If you haven't already figured it out, many womens nipples are exceptionally sensitive.

Continue with soft, smooth touching. Don't stay any one place more than a couple of seconds. Do not squeeze, poke, or otherwise apply any sharp pressure. Circle the nipple, then pull away. If she is on her back or side, it seems that the heavier, outside of the breast is the most sensitive area. Then very gently either surround her nipple with your lips and gently kiss and touch it with your tongue and/or run the flat of your hand gently.
